Indirect Taxation

 While this area is a relatively new addition to our portfolio due the introduction of VAT in the
Sultanate in 2021, our accomplishments include assisting multiple clients to shift to the VAT
regime from a no-tax regime in a smooth manner without disturbing business operations.
Similar to direct taxation, our services here include, inter alia, VAT planning & compliance,
assessments, disputes, refunds, representation before authorities.
